Small systems
Placeholder preview: a small system you keep beats a large plan you abandon, plus a checklist for prompts.

The note
Most plans fail for a boring reason: they assume a version of you with more energy than the one who shows up on Tuesday. A system is the opposite. It is the smallest repeatable thing you will do even when you are tired.
Pick one area where plans keep falling apart. Write down the smallest version of the work that still counts, then do only that for two weeks.
The best system is the one still running in a month.
Three things worth your time
- The prompt checklist, a one-page guide for instructions that need to work twice.
- A short post, small systems beat big plans.
- A video on writing a first draft with an assistant.
A question to take with you
What is the smallest version of the thing you keep not doing?
That is all for this sample.
