Notes are for your future self. Write them for someone who has forgotten everything.

Notes are a message to a stranger: you, in three months.
That stranger does not remember the meeting, the context or the acronym. So start each note with one sentence saying what it is about, and end with one sentence saying what to do next.
Everything between those two sentences can be as messy as you like.
